Good to know

  • Usage is metered from the 28th to the 27th of each month.
  • New services are charged pro rata for the days left in that billing month.
  • An automatic 2GB data bolt-on is switched on for all new services.
  • Plan changes take effect straight away, unless made on the 27th of the month.
  • No credit is given for remaining days when a service is disconnected.
  • Unused data can be banked up to 500GB on eligible plans. Banked data is lost if you downgrade, move to a non-banking plan, port out or cancel. Suspended services keep their banked data but stop adding to it.
