Mobile plan terms and conditions
These terms apply to business mobile plans supplied by Altitude Cloud Solutions. They sit alongside the plan details on our mobile plans pages. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
General
- Our mobile plans are for business customers only.
- All pricing excludes GST.
- Plans are contract-free. You can cancel at any time.
- Fair use applies to all unlimited services (see Fair use).
- Using more than your included data may slow your speed or move you to a higher plan, depending on your plan.
- International roaming is not included unless your plan says so. Roaming packs are available.
Calls and messaging
Unlimited national SMS and MMS
Covers standard SMS and MMS sent within Australia. It does not include video MMS or messages to premium numbers.
Unlimited standard national calls
Standard national calls have no flagfall and are timed. They include:
- Calls to mobiles on the same network
- Calls to other Australian mobiles
- Calls to fixed lines (all carriers)
- Call forwarding
- 1300 and 13 numbers (10, 6 and 8 digit, including 1345)
- 1800 numbers
- Voicemail divert and retrieval

International calls
Selected plans include unlimited calls to some countries. Calls to all other countries are charged per minute. See our international call rates.

Fair use
Unlimited calls, messaging and international calls are for normal business use. We or our network provider may limit or suspend a service, or charge extra, if usage is excessive or unusual. This includes mass calling, auto-dialling, call centre use and using a SIM in a device it is not meant for.
Add-ons
Extra options are available on many plans, including data boosts, international call packs and priority business support. Ask us what suits your team.
Billing and plan changes
- The billing month runs from the 28th of one month to the 27th of the next.
- Your first month is charged pro rata from the day your service is activated.
- International roaming packs are activated by sending an SMS to 179.
- Upgrades and downgrades are not charged pro rata, unless the change is made on the 27th.
- Disconnecting a service or porting it to another provider is not charged pro rata.
- Calls may be measured per second and priced per minute.
Data pooling
- Up to 300 services can share one data pool.
- All services in a pool must belong to the same business or related businesses.
- Unused pooled data does not roll over or bank.
- All services in a pool share the same billing date (the 27th).
- When a service moves to a pooled plan, its previous plan inclusions end.
- If a service leaves the pool, the data it added stays with the pool.
- Add-ons on a pooled service apply to the whole pool.

Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, prices or plan inclusions. We will give you notice before any change that affects you.
